Aposoul is made for creatives, artists, designers, musicians, builders, and thinkers. Our clothing is designed to support confidence, individuality, and creative freedom.

Our mission
Our mission is to design streetwear and cut-and-sew pieces that help creatives feel empowered and confident in who they are, both in their work and in everyday life.

THE OWNER

Raymond Percell grew up on the tough streets of North Philadelphia, where creativity became both an outlet and a constant. From an early age, he gravitated toward art, drawing, sketching, and creating whenever he could.
“As a kid, I was always drawn to art. I feel like most kids do arts and crafts, but for some reason, it stayed with me.”
By the age of 11, Raymond transitioned from pencil and paper to digital art, designing custom backgrounds for YouTubers and online creators. He taught himself tools like Cinema 4D and Photoshop, sharpening his eye for visuals, composition, and storytelling. These skills would later shape his approach to fashion, space, and experience.
Growing up with limited access to clothing and shopping only once a year, Raymond began to see clothing as more than a necessity. It became a form of self expression.
“Creating my own clothes felt empowering. It was the first time I could wear exactly how I felt.”
That mindset sparked the foundation of Aposoul.
What began as graphic design evolved into streetwear, and eventually into cut and sew garments and handmade pieces. Clothing became a canvas, allowing Raymond to apply intention and structure to wearable form. This evolution also led to the creation of the Bongos, bold, blanket like headwear designed for warmth, comfort, and self expression. The Bongos represent the balance Aposoul stands for, functional yet expressive, simple yet unmistakable.
The original Aposoul logo was first imagined as a bomb with its tongue out and a burning fuse, inspired by raw, rebellious energy. In 2015, the vision shifted and Noah the Angel was created. Noah became a symbol of protection, growth, and creative identity, setting the foundation for what Aposoul would become.
In 2026, Aposoul is entering a new chapter. The brand is expanding its cut and sew collections, pushing the Bongos as a signature piece, and stepping into event curation as a new form of creative expression. Through curated events, pop ups, and community driven experiences, Aposoul aims to create spaces where creatives can connect, collaborate, and feel empowered beyond the clothing itself.
Today, Aposoul stands as a brand built for creatives, for those who use clothing, space, and community as tools to express who they are and where they are going.
